"Çok güzel bir hoteldi(bazı kısımlar tadilat nedeni ile kapalı olsa da)Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever di biz iki aile olarak gittik ve çok eğlendik,tek olumsuz eleştirim yemekler konusunda olabilir her gün her öğün de hep aynı yemeklerin çıkarılması 3 gün üstü konaklamalarda sıkıcı oluyor."

"We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. Konum olarak da gondolaya uzak kalıyor. Yürüyerek ulaşım çok uzak, araç kullanmak gerekiyor. Tüm bunlar eklenince rezervasyon 4 gün olmasına rağmen sadece 1 gece kalıp ayrıldık. "

"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "

"Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. "
