No staff on site overnight but that wasn’t a problem for us. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good sized bathroom for a European hotel."

"The low scores I have given no way reflect the friendliness and helpfulness of most of the staff, especially Hedi and Mesca. The location of the Vanderbilt Urbani is also excellent. The beds were super comfortable too. The problem with this hotel is the lack of investment by the owners to keep the rooms and common areas updated and maintained.
