"Stayed here for 5 nights. Everything here was very nice. Our maid was very sweet and spoke rapidly to us in Italian thinking that we understood every word 😂. The main reason I rated this 4 and not 5 stars was that the breakfast buffet never changed. It was good…but got boring."

The staff was the best part, the hotel had kind and helpful persons at all points of contact. Front desk was staffed with kind and welcoming people. The pool bar we encountered 2 different people during our 3 day stay. Both were exceptional.

"While the staff was wonderful and helpful, there were some issue with the room. The bed was very uncomfortable as the “mattress” was extremely thin and therefore made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the house keeping did not restock items in the room, such as creamer, etc, which didn’t allow me to enjoy the terrace with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning."
