"After driving 6 hours from 10am to 4pm, from Buriram Province to Udon Thani, we checked in this hotel then drove another hour to take our adult son to Nong Kai. On return at 6pm we were very hungry for a nice dinner and wine in the hotel restaurant but were denied entry by staff. My Thai wife and I were told by staff in Thai that the restaurant was reserved. The bar had only a few people who were drinking, not eating, and the restaurant just a few customers. We were devastated after paying...

"The first room that I was given had dirty walls, mould in the shower and the air con did not work (314). I asked for a new room and it was completely different, renovated clean bathroom with good air con (416). So there seems to be some inconsistencies in rooms. The staff were very accommodating when I asked for a new room. "
