"The front desk staff (Serena) was incredibly helpful getting us in early and storing our luggage as we had an early flight. Nice area to walk around as well and breakfast selection was great.
Not so great? You cannot control room temp at all-it is preset. This is really frustrating. The bathroom towels were like the towels we had in our junior high locker room: thin and scratchy."

"Wij hadden een standaard kamer voor 1 nacht. Bed een beetje aan de harde kant maar goed. Kamer is schoon op 1 haar (schaamhaar) na in het badkuip.
Douchen voor lange mensen wat minder, douchekop hangt te laag. Geen koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Ontbijt goed maar weinig keus."
"It was a beautiful spa hotel about 10-15 minutes drive from Bari. Ideal for motorway access, but you really need a car if you're staying here. Staff were all very helpful, and Michael the waiter on breakfast duty was an absolute star. The real bonus was having the pool to relax in, after being out for the day. It closes at 18.00 every day. The hotel is not impeccable, but rustic in parts, which adds up to the overall charm. I'd definitely stay here again."
"Not a 4 star hotel . Not even a little bottle of water complementary for the guests . No shuttle from the airport . The worst thing bf is the WiFi that I could not use almost at all and he’d to turn on the data roaming"
