"I recently stayed at this hotel in Newquay and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future."
"Really lovely stay and a great surprise. The room was much bigger than we expected and we were really pleased to find that the kids effectively had their own little room within our room, with really good-sized bunk beds. It made such a difference travelling as a family and everyone had plenty of space.
The staff were absolutely outstanding, genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and really added to our stay.
The room was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent and,...
"Everything about this place was spotless the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable the food and service was excellent you could not find anything wrong great place will be back"
"The staff were very welcoming and used to customers doing walking tours. Provided information as required and were glad to have me stay. Great location!"
"No AC on this very warm summer stay, but otherwise wonderful. Great beach but not a long beach for walking. Great access to coastal path. Having pub right there was lovely."
"A well located property within walking distance ( up a hill) of Port Isaac. A great alternative to the pricey options over the hill.
A very old English pub, with associated characteristics ( low doorways). Excellent food.
Would definitely visit again. Highly recommended."
"Perfectly located (bang in the middle of Fowey), extremely helpful staff, lovely spacious room with stunning view, and fab decking area over looking the estuary. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that there isn’t any parking so have to go to one of the town’s public car parks. Having said that, we pulled up outside the hotel, put all our luggage in reception before going to park the car."
"Fab hotel - incredible location - superb food - very friendly and helpful staff
As a person needing accessible help the gravel is quite difficult to negotiate using crutches
I would have preferred to have had a mini fridge and safe in the room
These are incredibly minor issues
The £5 voucher is a good idea but has flaws in so far as there is no option to have fresh toilet rolls, coffee etc without having to disturb Dee on the welcome desk - who is amazing by the way
Thank you for a...
"We had a nice clean and modern room which gave us plenty of room.
The staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble.
We were there to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary so would have liked a sea view room but we couldn’t run to the expenditure of that. Maybe another time.
Breakfast was also perfect.
We will definitely go to Fowey again as the views over the river was amazing.
Thankyou for making our break so enjoyable."
