However, there are some areas that need addressing by Management, and I have posted a much more detailed review on Expedia. Based on its location and décor this hotel should be a top tier Ngapali Hotel. It is stunning and peaceful. Main issues are Reception staff; general poor English language skills. Lack of visible General Management with the only 'visible'...
