"Recently my parents stayed at Vileen for 3 nights in luxury suite.The room was beautiful and was well decorated.Services were extremely outstanding.I would like to say special thanks to Prashant Kukreti-Front Office Manager.He was polite and kind.His response was prompt and my parents were impressed by his work.Thank you Prashant for making the stay comfortable and beautiful.Thanks"

"Front staffs ask unnecessary questions and have preconceived notion that is quite backward. Instead of making things easier for guests to check in they just try to find some reason to embarrass guests."

Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking."

"the room ac centrally controlled was switched off at midnight around 3 am by the hotel. it was suffocating in the room. when enquired from the Manager and staff - all gave one reply that, they put ac on rest mode so that it may cool later on . it is dangerous if the fresh air is stopped to room and required cooling is not there. it was very uncomfortable and suffocating. i would not recommend this hotel at all to any one . "

"Location is a bit in the interior, hotel is under maintenance/upgradation phase and looks a bit messy as of now. Rooms are good but bathrooms needs maintainence,food is good, staff is the best part, they are very helpful. Overall neutral experience."
