"This place is easily the newest and highest-end hotel right in El Nido town. That cliffside pool is seriously insane. Some parts of the property are still finishing up construction, but the rooms have everything you need and are super comfortable.
Plus, there's a rooftop sauna-total paradise, highly recommend!"

"We booked 3 rooms on separate bookings and on arrival there was no rooms available.
Owner tried to put all 3 of us in the same room with no discount.
While at the property I discussed refund with hotels.com but following enquiry no refund was given and I also had to find alternative accommodation "
"Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "

"We got a nice, clean, big room for the four of us. There is a bathroom inside that is clean and is also wide enough.
My only suggestion is that their contact details provided in Expedia should be updated. The number was not in used, thus it created a problem but the owner was able to resolve and gave us a fair deal. Our initiative to search them on Facebook made the communication possible."
