"Everybody (the staff) and everything (the resort itself) was terrific! But, a few hiccups did occurr...most of the ice machines didn't work and the elevator was a bit "sketchy"...sometimes it didn't work at all and other times it worked fine; sometimes it didn't stop at the right floor and sometimes it was a rough ride (bouncy). It definitely needs repairs that's for sure. Oh, and paying $25.00 PER DAY just to park your car plus all the "resort fees" wasn't great either!"
