"This hotel was in a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and check in was a breeze! I loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we were given upon arrival. The hotel has a lot of halls with short stairs that make hauling suitcases a pain, but it’s an old building so to be expected. We loved the coffee shop in Dunblane…Beech Tree I think was the name. Great location close to Stirling castle and other attractions."

"Best kept secret, up a narrow road. If getting away from it all is your thing, this country estate hotel & lodges is perfect. Having said that, it’s only 7-8 mins away by taxi from Gleneagles Hotel. Our hotel room (one of only 9), was well appointed. No air conditioning but there was a fan. Nice pool and gym. Good breakfast. The lodges look lovely and we will definitely be back to stay in one. "We booked this hotel at the last minute rather than going into Glasgow. It's unique. Hard to describe really. Our apartment not only had a kitchen and three bathrooms, but also a fully functioning sauna. the rugs were a bit dingy but overall it was amazing. the staff could not be more helpful or pleasant.
