"My husband was unwell and staff changed our accommodation for us as he couldn't manage stairs. Staff were unbelievably kind and patient with my husband who was experiencing difficulties. Every member of staff made sure we were comfortable. Our beautiful young receptionist Molly was smiling, efficient and reassuring. The Manager Gareth patient and extremely accommodating. "Quaint and cute guesthouse with amazing scenery and history. Rooms were decorated beautifully in theme with the historic background but with some nice modern twists. Although we only stayed for one night they were so helpful and had every resource we needed, we didn’t get to eat at the lovely cafe on premises but were provided with a delicious continental breakfast. Can’t wait to come back with more time to take in and explore all there was to see."

"Wow wow wow what a fantastic spot. My room was perfect.... the bed was so comfy with high quality bedding better than any I’ve ever had in any hotel the little cottage was amazing instantly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was left in the little kitchenette to enjoy at your leisure with delicious eggs and fresh bread. I’d highly recommend this little place and hope to be back very soon. Everything was so wonderful. "
