"We were only there one night but the room was excellent. The fitness center and pool are very nice. Having starbucks and a restaurant downstairs was extremely convenient. We booked this hotel because it was next door and connected via skywalk to the Ford Center. Only complaint I had was trying to get a late check out. I called the hotel prior to arriving, spent quite a bit of time on the phone only to be told I have to check with the front desk when I check in. Arrived for check in and they told...
