"Stayed here because we were in town for my son's college graduation from full Sail University. I have stayed here before and thought it was a great spot. It is perfectly located and clean. The only issue I had with it was the breakfast buffet which was very overpriced and very lackluster. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was pretty good. Overall we would stay again"

"The actual room was amazing and very clean and comfortable but I wasn’t a fan of no front desk associate and you had to call or text a number. We got there early and wanted to see if we can check in early and the customer service number was not very helpful. We had to walk around until we found someone and they finally helped us. "

"Stayed here while I was in town for a fishing tournament . This place is beautiful, clean and it’s right on the water. It really felt like paradise , really nice owners as well will definitely be coming back. "

"There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. "This property was not available after booking. I was told that the property had sold. I sensed a scam, as another reviewer mentioned the need to secure a room at a hotel at the last minute. The owner offered me another property verbally, but said it rents for higher. It was his own personal house. He said I should cancel the first booking. I was unable to cancel as I had booked a bundle deal."
