"The location of the hotel is pretty good, as it’s close to Himachal Tourism Lift and the Mall Road.
The Hotel has 3 nice restaurants and a Breakfast buffet as well. Breakfast buffet was a decently good spread and tasted nice.
However, the washroom smelled very bad, and despite a request to change room and fix the smell, the staff merely cleaned the washroom and sprayed a freshner. The washroom continued to smell throughout the stay. Also, the bathtub was creaking and was clearly...
"I think this was the best hotel room, wise cleaning wise everything location wise best hotel I have stayed in india me husband and the rest of the family were really happy. Nice clean rooms really nice beds. Everything good only thing I did not like about is the cost of the food is too expensive the roadies they were given us literally a joke they should work on their roti and their food make the prices a little less everything else is good."

"Toshali Royal a great host, everything during our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is fresh and taste good. I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. Parking can be inconvenient at locations where they are located,but parking staff ensures there are no issues and efficiently handles the parking of your vehicle."
"There were no cylinders to cook, the room was not cleaned properly and was full of dust. The owner kept disturbing us having the AC guy come in for inspecting the property. Had TV but no remote. Though the property was nice but the outdoors were anyhow not as per the photos. There was sitting area in the campus as displayed in the photos moreover the building was under construction as well"
