"This was a reservation I’ve done for my parents and I heard nothing but good comments from them. Unfortunately, my father had an health issue during the stay and the staff was excellent. Called the doctor to come, ask all the time if my mother needed anything from their side. They were truly great on the support and for that I’m really appreciated. For the hotel, great spot, beautiful surroundings, quiet, clean, a very good breakfast ! For sure a name to save and a stay to repeat !"

"Es war ein super schönes Hotel, dass der ganzen Familie sehr gefallen hat. Es hat einen großen, schönen, gepflegten Garten im Gegensatz zu den umliegenden Touribunkern. Es gibt Außen und Innenpools die sauber und gut temperiert sind. Das Essen ist vom riesigen Frühstücksbuffet zum noch reichhaltigeren Abendbuffet mit vielen warmen und kalten Speisen sehr lecker. "Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. "Beautiful property with plants everywhere. A place to relax and chill amongst butterflies and plants! Staff and kind and attentive. Management respond to any issues (our frying pan needed replacing and they did after I fed it back. Breakfast has a good variety. The restaurant is nothing massively remarkable but a great thing to have close by as there are not many other places to eat in the area within walking distance. "
