"We had the most beautiful stay at Hotel Villa Belvedere. We arrived late in the day after missing a flight. They had a concierge outside waiting to meet us and valet our car. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of wine and shown to our beautiful room. The rooms were comfortable and clean with everything we needed. "We stayed here the night befor flying back to the US. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and they had a bar open during the day, as well as a dining room for dinner, and our rate included breakfast (although we had to skip breakfast to catch our early flight.) Only took about 30 minutes to Catania airport. Good alternative to staying in Catania."

The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas.
