"I had an excellent stay at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa and would gladly return. The property has a beautiful Southwestern character that feels appropriate for Santa Fe rather than like a generic hotel. The common areas are warm and inviting, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
The location was one of the biggest highlights. Being so close to the Santa Fe Plaza made it incredibly easy to walk to restaurants, shops, galleries, and many of the places I wanted to visit without...
"The hotel is in a great location The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. There was an amazing breakfast buffet as well as another at dinner time which we did not attend but that was a first for me! Both buffets were included with your stay. What more could you ask for!"
"We took advantage of all of the amenities. Especially loved the always available shuttle and evening happy hours. Met lots of nice people and the staff were great. I miss them already."
"I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded.
I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...
"Breakfast was great. The rooms were clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. The Inn is a little tired and needs some updating in the rooms but they were clean.
The website does advertise a restaurant and music. It has neither."
"The most wonderful place at which I have ever stayed West of the Mississippi. And, it ties with the best place I’ve ever stayed East of the Mississippi!! I will never stay anywhere else in this part of the country. There are no words for its beauty and serenity. The breakfast is beyond compare. I hope to stay there again in the years to come. Thank you for sharing this remarkable property with the world."
"The property was very nice. It fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and well equipped. The location was great for activities we had planned in the downtown area and shopping was convenient. Outdoor furnishings were comfortable. The only negative was the traffic noise when doors were open or sitting outdoors on the back patio."
