"⭐️⭐️ Skuffende oplevelse – lever ikke op til forventningerne
Desværre var vores ophold på hotellet i Sicilien langt fra det, vi havde forventet.
Poolområdet var ikke særlig børnevenligt. Poolen var meget dyb, og der var ikke et ordentligt område, hvor mindre børn kunne bade eller svømme sikkert. For os som familie var det en stor skuffelse.
Servicen var også meget mangelfuld. Flere gange bad vi personalet om forskellige ting, men de glemte det eller fulgte ikke op på vores ønsker. Nogle af...

"The views from the hotel are incredible. The private pool is definitely the best feature of the hotel. WiFi isn't great however, almost inexistant at times. Water pressure in the shower was a hit and miss too. Breakfast was good and the one site parking is a huge advantage. I highly recommend the hotel"

"This hotel/ resort was listed as on the beach ..it was on a mountain side. The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked up and then had to wait for over an hour and a half for a less then 10 minute drive. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet.

Cependant assez bruyant (cela dépend des voisins ! !!) Et restauration sur place un peu compliqué à mon avis. Très bonne glaces et granitas.
Activités pour les enfants, animateurs aimables. Mer à proximité, parfait, avec parasol et chaises à disposition.
