I think this hotel might be confused about its location, perhaps thinking it’s in Manchester rather than the Costa del Sol. The check-in staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. It felt like an inconvenience to them that I was arriving late. The breakfast options were limited and mostly consisted of full English breakfasts. The coffee tasted watery and there were no fresh juices. Overall, the hotel is dated and needs a refresh. For example, the bed was bouncy and you could feel the springs."
