"The view from out room was jaw dropping. The room itself was a large and comfortable. The food was ok, unfortunately the night we ate there the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. But no big deal. Restaurants close a little on the early side in town, but we also visited in summer and not during peak ski season. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arkadia. The staff were excellent—warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. After long days of hiking, the pool and sauna were exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. The food was also wonderful, with delicious meals that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Arkadia was a great place to unwind in the Dolomites, and we would happily recommend it."

"With both Seceda and Alpe di Suisi cable cars with min walking distance to hotel it was the perfect location. The hotel offers an easy location to get to both while not in the heart of downtown Ortisei. The hotel offers a nice mix of relaxation (pool, silent room, and patio areas) with the access to summer hiking in the area. Great place to stay and really enjoyed our few days there."

"The hotel rooms and parking are excellent. The dining room staff and food were also excellent. However, the front desk staff were not consistent. While our check in person was very friendly and helpful, a subsequent person was frankly rude. Better training in hospitality would be helpful. Would still highly recommend this hotel!"

"The venue is in the perfect location if you’re looking for a beautiful view. It was very clean and the food offered was nice after a long day, simple snack and appetizer grab style.
