"Really higher service level than normally received, friendly staff, amazing view, the breakfast was amazing, including all the best of local specialties. The only strange thing was the poolboy who protected the pooltowels with his life - you were not allowed to leave the pool area with them. "I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her...

"Beautiful villa property on a hillside overlooking the bay with the Italian mainland in the distance. Room was large and very comfortable and we had a view of the ocean (altho not all rooms face the water). There is a swimming pool and tennis court. Great breakfast and wonderful staff, definitely recommended!"

The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! I will absolutely be back whenever I go to Reggio Calabria again! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! "
