"The hotel itself is very nice. However the location of the hotel is not ideal. This hotel is located next to a freight train track. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel at ALL. All night long, the train passes every couple hours. Every time it passes, you will hear the horn at least 10 times. The hotel offered one pair of ear plugs, thankfully my husband had his noise canceling earbuds. Our room was located on the highest floor and that did not make a difference."

Very charming property with large, luxurious Tuscan-themed rooms, a spa and a charming pool. It is a very good alternative to other stays in Lancaster City. "
