"This place is superb and I mean S-U-P-E-R-B!!!!!!! Everyone at this hotel/apartment from the front desk staff to housekeeping to the security were very professional and helpful. Everything was top notch including the rooms. The hotel/apartment has an onsite grocery store and pharmacy that are both open 24/7. They even have a first class restaurant on site. "Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Nice pool which very quiet which was great for the kids. The duplex room was huge and very comfortable for our family (only two towels though but quickly resolved the morning after we arrived) Buffet in mornings suitably varied but the buffet in the evening was very overpriced for what was offered. "The staff and receptionists were very friendly and welcoming to us and made our stay most accommodating. Even at the restaurant the food was good. Initially there was a an issue with the shuttle surface where I couldn't find the driver at the airport but that was resolved and the room I got didn't have a balcony, which was what I requested. Other than that the stay was pleasant."
