"As it is out of town - there is no easy access to the railway station at Monopoli which meant an expensive taxi ride (30 Euros) each way. The taxi's however were prompt and reliable with very courteous drivers. "We had a lovely time at Ostuni a Mare. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but unobtrusive. The hotel is medium-sized with a lovely pool and bar area with a separate lagoon style pool. There was a cute train to the beach & beach restaurant. Although the hotel is right by the main highway this wasn’t audible from our room or the communal areas and provides superb access to local towns with Ostuni being approx 15 minutes away by car. "De bar van het hotel is niet de hele dag open. De kamer was minder gezellig dan verwacht. Het raam was erg klein waardoor je moeilijk naar buiten kon kijken. De tv was kleiner dan een computerscherm en verder was de kamer erg kaal. Het personeel was vriendelijk maar dit was erg persoonsafhankelijk."

"Great property in a super easy, convenient location! Walk right out the door into the square filled with cafes & shops! We paid to park in the private garage & Vito took us everyday to retrieve it & back it out of the right space. He was amazing. A good continental breakfast…but if you get there late they don’t seem to replenish once items are gone, so get there earlier than later. Front desk staff were very nice & spoke good English which was helpful of course."
