"The property was well secured and upon arrival everything was in order. Soon after settling in the trash was not taken out as required by the prior tenant. Surfaces were not cleaned well (the dinning room table had crumbs), there was pet food around the dog bed, toilets were not flushing well, the dishwasher failed to fill once, and one of the stove burners would not shut off (we contacted the management company to resolve that). "We enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom condo. Really enjoyed having the pool with a kids area nearby. The large grassy field and playground were also excellent. Having fridge, microwave, stove top worked well for our family. One of the beds had debris on top of the duvet, but we just put that to the side and everything else was very clean . The bathroom and decor could use updating, but we weren’t here for luxury and overall everything worked great. We would stay here again. "
