"-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side. -The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all. -Breakfast was great with a lot of option. -We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding. -The property was amazing otherwise. "Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. The pool was very nice. Appreciated the shuttle boat and used it several times. The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but it was a little confusing where to find things as the buffet was spread over several rooms. Perhaps as guests arrive for breakfast a staff member could explain the layout. No housekeeping provided- perhaps you need to request it. If so, explain this to guests. "
