"Pour commencer, le personnel nous a attribué une chambre qui était déjà occupé. Nous avons dû retourner à la réception pour signaler le problème. Deuxièmement pour un 4 étoiles je trouvais que les équipements n’étaient pas à la hauteur. Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. L’espace piscine laisse a désirer: pas de transats ni tables. Lattes qui se déboîtent.

"Frühstück und Zimmer waren gut und das Personal immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel könnte etwas gepflegter sein, vielleicht sollte man die Teppichböden entfernen… sonst haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, wir konnten aber fussläufig alles gut erreichen . Das Fitnessstudio sah super aus, wir hatten aber zu wenig Zeit, es zu nutzen…"
"Beautiful hotel with a historical feel. The room and service were also lovely. Excellent breakfast spread although it may pose problems for gluten free types. I highly recommend it as an interesting alternative to other 4 and 5 star hotels."
"The good points about the hotel were the breakfast, the staff, who were helpful and the rooms which were for the most part well maintained. We had several very positive interactions with the front desk and on the whole they met our needs. The location is pretty good and there is access to a sandy beach at low tide. Do bear in mind that the hotel is close to the port, so noise can be an issue if you room on the mountain side of the property.

"I travel a lot to the area around Guimaraes, but I found this new hotel nestled up in the hills and it is super. I'd certainly recommend. I've stayed twice and the indoor pool (and sauna/ steam room) are excellent, and the outdoor pool and view of the mountains in the distance is idyllic.
Good food menu and room service (same menu, not a smaller one like in many hotels).
Will certainly stay again."
"Das Superior Doppelzimmer hat eine schöne Aussicht über den Hang mit Sicht auf den Stausee. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel fragwürdig (Nachttisch nur auf einer Seite, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Spiegel im Zimmer). Keine Mängel an der Sauberkeit im Zimmer.
Das Gelände ist sehr schön gepflegt und super sauber. Für die Anreise und Ausflüge vor Ort würden wir ein Fahrzeug empfehlen, da es keine Fußgängerwege au ßerhalb vom Agrinho-Gelände gibt. Der Pool ist gut gepflegt.

"I like the property very much, very convenient.
The only thing is that at the bar the bartender was pretty rude when I asked to play the piano as I am pianist and it was refused. Telling me all the time that "the manager does not allow anyone to play the piano", while other places I travel I am able to play the piano is was firmly denied by the bartender. The hotel should not have a piano if guests cannot use to entertain others."
