"Excellent location, right by the Pompeii ruins entrance. Food in the restaurant was excellent, both in quality, quantity and price. Our room was pleasant, albeit slightly dated. It was clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom and the shower was excellent. We missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room and a complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice touch."

"Room was spacious for 3. Property is clean and updated. Very pleased with room. Also has a good view if city and mountains from window. Staff was nice and offered help but may not be great at follow through with the request/offer. We booked transportation to airport for the day we leave through the reception. On the day, there was no signs of such transportation nor any records of one being booked. They ended up calling a taxi for us. One time we called to get a hair dryer replacement and was told someone would come in 15 minutes. No one ever showed up. Small inconveniences but front desk staff and restaurant overall were pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel itself was good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the location was a major downside. There were very few restaurants or dining options within walking distance, which was inconvenient. The neighborhood also felt quite dirty, with a lot of trash on the streets and many homeless people around. Unfortunately, the area did not give us a strong sense of safety, especially when walking around in the evening. Overall, the hotel was good and the staff were great, but the location and surrounding neighborhood significantly affected our experience."
