"The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different. Overall it is not worth the money at all. And really it just made Venice experience way too expensive and not good enough. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel — it was spotless, with no unpleasant smells at all. The staff were incredibly friendly, check-in was quick and easy, and the location is excellent — close to most of the key places you’ll want to visit. It also felt very safe, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade; it truly made our stay in Venice even more special. The breakfast was great too. A wonderful experience all around!"

"NH Hotel Santa Lucia is located just steps from the train station, the Ferrara ( train station) vaporetto stop and the tourist office, all of which make it a perfect choice to get around car-free Venezia. Staff were exceptionally helpful, and made every effort to make my stay with them as pleasant as possible. Beds were among the most comfortable of my entire trip around Italy.
