"The hotel was clean, most of the staff were effective at costumer service and courteous. In many situations they were problem solvers and went above and beyond. There was only one situation when our reservation for the sauna was double booked and we did end up not using it and there was a day in which the elevator was out of service and we have to go down the stairs to meet a friend to go around the city. "Hotel Desertica is one of the nicest hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. The location is 10/10, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are unique and luxury. My wife was ill for a day and the staff prepared off-menu chicken soup to make her better and provided local medicinal tea, which really helped. We had to change hotels due to availability but was so unimpressed by the alternative that we returned and spent the rest of our trip at Hotel Desertica. 5* all round!!"

"The company’s policy of no early check-in, even though the room was available, was absurd. The room itself was not what we expected; it was old and in poor condition, contrary to the pictures on the website. To top it off, there was no internet access during the entire stay. I’m not recommending this hotel to a family or either a friend "

"Casa Solcor is a lovely property. A true oasis once on the property. It has very nice areas to sit and relax along with two pool areas. Breakfast is excellent with plentiful choices of meats, cheeses and fruits. The also offer cooked to order eggs. There is no on site restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the luggage assistance upon arrival and departure. We stayed in a medium sized room but the larger rooms appeared to be superior in all ways. Parking on site but...

"Place is beautiful, very clean but my room had a very foul smell coming from the bathroom drainage not sure if it was from the shower or from the sink or a combination, We reported it and the person in charge very promptly went to the room to take care of it but eventually smell came back . Included Breakfast was wonderful with nice variety of high quality food items, tea and wine tasting offerings was also excellent. I asked for an hour of late check out as their check out time is at 11:00 am...
