"The hotel is great, lots space in the room, good beds, love the small pillow perfect for me that more flat pillows, there is a bigger pillow. The towels were very nice. The Ac on the room was great since it was warm in Pamplona., not all hotels in spain have AC. The hotel needs a little renovation here and there but for the must part great."
"Pamplona Eurostars hotel is about 1km from the old town and easy walk to and from. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
We booked using Expedia a double room, which was confirmed in writing. When we arrived there were two single beds. It took two trips to reception to have the issue resolved, first I was told that was all they had and after I checked my emails and told them I would not have booked the hotel knowing two single beds would be the result they then had staff change the bed...
"Room amenities when traveling with pet were awesome (pet fee). Front desk staff were very king. Breakfast awesome with local food and machine for fresh squeezed orange juice). Ample free parking around. Very safe area."
"A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who went out of their way to help and accommodate our needs. The breakfast and meals were very good. The rooms were clean and spacious, The hotel location is a quiet, semi rural/industrial area not near any other shops or restaurants which was not an issue because the hotel restaurant is very good. Parking is excellent. Taxi service into the Pamplona old town was easy and reasonably priced
5 star outstanding hotel staff.
Initially the hotel location was...
"This is not a hotel by normal standards, it's college housing and you would be staying in a collegiate housing where students have been. It's completely irrational to me that Expedia even had this on the line up. The pictures do not really disclose that you would be sleeping pressed against the wall like a student dorm. I am calling Expedia to get a refund since I didn't stay, I refused to be taken advantage of. I am also calling my credit card to report as fraudulent listing."
