"Nice hotel, close to the basketball arena. The staff was really nice and helpful."

"No wine opener in room nor at front desk nor at bar. We had to throw our expensive bottle away. No water refilling stations. Ice machines on our floor and one floor up out of order. No robes in room. No plastic laundry bags in room. Had to move rooms at 8pm one night bc smoke detector faulty (not staff’s fault) but still a huge pain as we had numerous luggage’s while moving daughter out of dorm. We got only 2 free coffees for this big inconvenience. Upon checking out, the kind staff member did...

"My room was down grated no money back. Had no place to relax in it. For the price I paid it was bery disappointing. They have one restaurant in it and the food is awful. The lounge is very small and way too hot to sit in. Breakfast was cold wrong order and too much money. Hated it will never stay here or recommend to anyone. "
