"Clean room, nice and quiet as requested. I booked an Executive double, which turned out to be a twin with two singles beds pushed together which I was not expecting, unfortunately this made the bed not all that comfortable as I kept waking in the night feeling slightly wedged in the gap that would form between the two mattress’s ! Therefore I had to try to make myself sleep on one side only, so effectively I had to sleep in a single bed in an executive double room, which I was not overly...

"The room was big but not clean, the windows were very mouldy and bathroom doors very dirty. The breakfast was very poor in quality. It was the basic hotel breakfast, with the usual highly processes breads, cold dry bacon, and very dry / rubber looking eggs. I was honestly expecting a much better experience.
The reception staff were wonderful, but the pool staff were clearly junior and very uninterested in helping customers. It took me 3 trips to be able to get all I needed to access the pool...

"Our first stay and we’ll definitely be back, all staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Car park easy to access, breakfast excellent with attentive staff. The bar of an evening has a very inviting atmosphere and Steve the bar manager is a fine host and keeps a super pint of Feathers Best!
Accommodation and housekeeping very good. We’ll be recommending The Feathers to our friends"
