"The spa was excellent - both the facials And massages. The room was large and had a lovely terrace. The hotel restaurant menu was limited but the bar staff talked to the kitchen staff and they made what we wanted to eat. "

"Loved the room, beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was wonderful. Totally recommend this hotel. The property was well maintained. Quiet as well."

"Clean rooms and excellent staff"

"This hotel sits in a beautiful location! I could see old town from my terrace! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The pool area is spacious and lovely! And the breakfast buffet was so delicious with a huge selection! This hotel is a perfect spot for walking to local restaurants and it’s only about a 30 minute walk into old town."

"Awesome resort!"

"L'hotel era chiuso per restauro, c'è andata bene grazie ad Expedia che ci ha trovato la giusta alternativa"

"Beautiful property and wonderful staff. The Dining options were excellent! Would definitely recommend. "

"Only all inclusive I have been to where water, decent coffee , ice cream , change of beach towels, cocktails or any spirits outside of bkfst lunch and dinner are excluded ! "Très bon accueil . Petit déjeuner excellent.Proche des sites touristiques en voiture ."

"We loved our stay. The accommodation, the setting, the grounds were great. The location was close to discovering amazing small towns and the remarkable Villa Romana and the beautiful countryside around. Our only quibble would be with the main courses at dinner. "

"An amazing experience to live and breath the pure Sicilian’s roots. The staff and service are remarkable. The Villa unforgettable."

"Service really poor and unpolite staff. Restaurant managed very badly with non competent manager and food under any standard. Breakfast basic with coffee served in plastic cup. Wifi only in common area and old TVs in room my was not working. Noisy staff too. Only good aspect perfect location x holiday"

"Very nice room and very good pool."

"A place you want to return to."

"Struttura chiusa il giorno della prenotazione (all'insaputa di Expedia), fortunatamente sono riuscito a trovare un'altra soluzione nelle vicinanze."

"Orribile."

"Bonjour, en général je ne réponds pas aux enquêtes. Je fais un effort cette fois-ci pour signaler que la piscine du San Michele se situe à … 1/2 kilomètre de l'hotel. Je pense que c'est un point qui devrait être clarifié dans la présentation de l'hotel. "

"Interesting, historic property that has been updated (converted) into a beautiful resort. The owners are extremely informative, kind, and helpful. The meals (dinner and breakfast) were outstanding. The wine selection was the best!"
