"Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen: 1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden! 2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es müsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist. Außerdem weist das Hotel große Instandhaltungsmängel auf...

"The room was above expectations. Amazing view of the Alps! The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a play room for kids as well as an outdoor playground associated with the property. We ate breakfast there a couple times and also cooked in the room - both great experiences. The skikeller was safe and in a great location for ski-in-ski-out. We absolutely loved this hotel!! "
