"Check in went poorly as there was some confusion regarding a change in meal options. Then the room we were put in had a leaky A/C unit so we were moved to another room which we then had problems with the door lock. I have to say that with all of these minor problems they were rectified very quickly. I was surprised to find there was no refrigerator in the rooms but I should have checked the facilities provided. I dont know why they provide a tv when there in nothing you can watch on it and not...

"Kobe Suite is a nice smaller hotel, with two great pools. Limited lounge chairs around the pool area. Restaurant on site for lunch and supper was okay, one night I found a live bug in the olive they acted quickly to resolve the issue. Breakfast buffet is nice. Overall we would stay again if needed "
