"Room was very damp and cold and couldn’t adjust it. Woman concierge was dishonest in trying to get me to rent a vehicle from her. Insisted there were no parking issues or crowds, when there are. Scared me about the cost of taxis and taking the bus. Told me the bus station was a short distance and it certainly wasn’t. Breakfast was okay but never was told that I could order an omelet or other specialty items until I was leaving. For the high cost of the room, I expected more breakfast...
"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Tramas Hotel, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and varied and the spa amenities were exceptional. We stayed in the Sardart Rooms which were spacious and modern. The hotel is situated off the main area which is much quieter however just very short walk from all the action. Highly recommend."
"Hotel Excelsior was een aangename verrassing! Locatie was subliem! Pal aan de haven dus handig tov de ferry. En het centrum op loopafstand met veel restaurants en winkeltjes. Verzorging prima. Ontbijt was goed. Personeel was geweldig. Vriendelijk en geen moeite teveel. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Wel wat klein, maar voor twee nachten prima. Bed prima."
"Loved the views from Nelson Lodge rooms. Terrace was great.
What i did not like was the shower was very small. It was smaller than showers i have had in cruise staterooms. Also we were in N2 which was just a bedroom N1 and N3 were a bedroom and living room area for the same price."
