" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine...

"Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty. Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros. "
