"What started off as a continuation of a great trip to Louisville quickly devolved when we checked into The Galt. Immediately, there was no where to pull in and check-in, so we had to park and come upstairs to the lobby. When we got checked in they put us in the tower across the street, but would only give us parking for the east tower. Every time we had to go to our car, we had to go up one floor, change elevators to go up to 3, go across the atrium to our building and into another elevator that...

I did love the historic atmosphere of the hotel—almost like stepping back in time! It was also convenient to several nice restaurants. Great breakfast we had at the cafe! The check-in, restaurant, and valet staff were very helpful and courteous!"
