"Good location to the airport and plenty of parking, although chargeable. Hotel feels run down, room keys are not great, had to go back down to reception to refresh the key as it wouldn’t open the door. Bar was heaving with a tour party staying so had to order room service."

"Great hotel location, close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The rooms were were very comfortable and spacious, the bed and pillows were perfect, we had a long travel day prior to arriving at the hotel, and arrived earlier than the checkin time but the staff were so accomodating and gave us a room upon arrival. The hotel restaurant was lively we had the buffet breakfast which had a large variety of foods to choose from, including hot breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruit...

"Das Hotel liegt zentral in London. Die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Westminster, also ideal für einen Städtetrip. Das Zimmer war groß, mit einer kleinen Küche und einer Nespresso Kaffeemaschine nebst Kapseln. Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert. Das Frühstück bietet typisch englisches und kontinentales Frühstück. Leider ist nur ein Kaffeevollautomat vorhanden, an dem sich regelmäßig eine Schlange bildet. Bedauerlicherweise war das freundliche Personal...

"This hotel is so conveniently located. You can walk everywhere…Covent Gardens, the West End Theater District, Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery and more. Love the old world feel and the cozy bar stayed open late. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"I have a lovely experience at the Radisson Blu in South Kensington. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast in the morning is lovely, and the room itself, though a bit small, is very clean and updated. The location cannot be bit as you are in a beautiful, desirable neighborhood and within walking or tube distance to everything that you would want to see including Windsor Palace, and also many markets and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and location."
