"They give customers zero reason to leave the resort. Several restaurants/bars on site, spa, pool, gym, bikes, activities, etc. Food was decent and easily accessible, but nothing to rave about. My number one complaint is that they DO NOT tell you when you check-in that you'll be charged for the valet parking (no free parking options on site, or easily accessible nearby), and every time you request your vehicle, you'll be charged. Nor do they tell you that there is an automatic 20% gratuity added...
