"The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well done and delicious. The hotel theme was Alice in wonderland and a little strange, but it was nice and the staff were friendly. "

"Room was very well maintained by the staff and the staff at the check-in were very helpful. However, the aircon wasn’t working throughout the whole building and I was told this would likely be until end of May until it was fixed. Whilst this wasn’t the end of the world, it meant the room was prone to getting humid and stuffy. Consumables were basic, I was on the end of the hand soap bottle and only the bare essentials, no conditioner, were provided. Whilst the piano in the lobby was broken, the hotel was otherwise really well decorated, maintained and held a nice atmosphere inside. Parking is a struggle if you have a car!"

"My stay was very good, can’t complain about anything really. The only thing that maybe I should have said was the 🛌. For me it was a bit too hard, but for others it might have been okay, we’re all a bit different. I was okay for sleeping, just a bit stiff in the morning. You can’t go wrong with the staff, room and food. So a thumbs up 👍."

"The indoor spa is an additional charge and by appointment only, they have limited hours for children so we never got the opportunity to visit it. It seems like they advertise many amenities but it’s not accessible for restricted. "

"Spa was good, pool facilities good. Dinner time food ok but seemed slightly under staffed and long queues would form in certain places. Same with breakfast although not as bad."
