"The bathroom was not clean. The floor of the shower was dirty. The floor in the bathroom had hair and dirt that was visible was not cleaned. The floor with the beds were were not mopped or swept, and the table that was in the room has something red on it which look like dried up blood, but did not even try to clean it cause I didn’t know what it was. The room was horrible. I have never experienced such a deplorable conditions in a hotel room with Hilton."

"My room was the Jr suite and I didn't have a microwave intially. I called frint desk and someone brought me one. Before we went to bed we noticed a bedbug crawling on the mattress, which also did not have the proper protector padding. I did get another room which was on the same floor and no money was compensated. Besides that, my stay was fine. Beautiful hotel, just wish my room was cleaned more throughly before check-in."
