"A mixed bag. Close to being great but fell down in key areas. The rooftop area is great but service at the bar surly and slow. Music not chilled enough. Breakfast is a good spread but hotplate does not keep food hot enough. No service at all. Running out of bowls every morning then going to find someone who eventually and not too willingly turned up with three bowls. Reception team were great. Spa was pretty good."
"Stopped for 6-days while searching for a property. Due to this, our time was limited at the hotel but everything we encountered was clean, fresh, large rooms, comfy beds, nice garden, bar areas and pool.
Will definitely rebook in the future."
"Front desk staff was excellent from check in to checkout. They were always helpful and kind. The hotel room was a standard room. Very clean. But it was pretty warm- we kept the AC as low as possible and it wasn’t cold by any means. Gym had the essentials but was actually nice and cold. Cafe was often empty- difficult to locate staff so only ate there once. Location was good, about 10-15 minute, flat walk to main part of the city with more restaurants/shopping/site seeing. But really close to the...
"I like the hotel because of where it is, near to the beach, it has a lovely swimming pool, and gardens, and the staff are very nice, nothing to much trouble for them."
"Nos atendieron fenomenal, destacando la recepcionista argentina que fue resolutiva y muy atenta.
Mejoraría la atención y el servicio del desayuno...no me gustó como fuimos atendidos..por no decir que se olvidaron de prepararnos los 2 revueltos que pedimos..no hubo mala atención ni malas maneras... simplemente se nos ignoró desde el momento uno.
Por todo lo demás... excelente"
"Love this place. Have a young family and it’s just great. Safe, clean, suite was good size, aircon worked, amazing views. It’s a golf hotel so don’t expect waterslides but the pool is huge and clean and we saw rabbits and woodpeckers"
"The hotel is centrally located in Murcia and close to restaurants, parks, and shopping. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop pool with a bar was very nice. The gym was clean, in working order, and free cold water was provided. The room was nice as well and had a Juliette balcony. Overall a very pleasant stay."
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for the price we paid—comfortable, clean, and excellent value overall. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
The hotel is a little off the beaten track outside Murcia, but that was actually part of its charm. It felt very authentic and gave us a more traditional Spanish experience.
A couple of minor downsides: most of the staff spoke very little English, but they always tried their...
"Ett underbart ställe att vara på… Balnearo, med pooler ute och inne, ca 30gr i vattnet, trevlig och serviceinriktad personal men… hotellen och poolanläggningen börjar bli slitna, därav en 4:a totalt. Termalbadet är alldeles för dyrt idag, 25€/person för 2 timmar… inte värt priset !!"
