"The apartment was small and cute; also was a decent location. I didn't like the communication between the owners (whomever) was supposed to give me access into the apt. My reservation was forgotten and took longer for me to find the place and check-in. The apartment given to me was not the same as shown in pictures."

"This property could have been rated better if they did a better job of communications. Would have been nice to know when they would communicate exact address and check-in information - 5 hours before causes a bit of stress. Also, no information within the property on wifi or how to use anything. That too would have been helpful. Luckily I figured out the wifi myself, but not sure everyone would be able to do this. But, it was clean and a good location for our trip, so all good!"
