"Location is excellent. Immediate area is very quiet but close to all the actions, foods, and subways. It’s also very easy to get taxi. View is impeccable. We can see Tokyo tower every night from our rooms. Gym is sad. Only one treadmill and two bikes. No real training equipments. Dumbbells only up to 20KG. Please upgrade your gym. Breakfast is great. A lot of choices and very good quality."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and elegant, very nice aesthetic. Its prime location is undoubtedly its most impressive feature. The Shiodome metro station conveniently has an entryway directly within the hotel’s building, so no need to walk outside. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and all necessary amenities were provided, including pyjamas, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, slippers, body towels, and more. Highly recommend."

"We looooooved staying at this property in Shinjuku. Chose it for easy access to Shinjuku station, and it was super easy to get to anywhere we wanted via train. The bed was a little stiff but cozy, shower was awesome, and the whole room was very clean. Had a wonderful view as well! The staff was excellent and we really loved having a refillable water station on our floor by the elevator! It was really nice not having to buy water bottles over and over again. "

"Location was amazing, right by the main Ginza shopping area. Rooms are Japanese sized (aka small), which was OK, but the main thing that docked points were the dated lights and the hotel feeling really dark and slightly dingy. Otherwise nice hotel "
