"The hotel is very good and should be excellent. Unfortunately, it is let down in one area, the restaurant. We had issues at breakfast on both mornings as did others seated around us. I would describe the breakfast as “chaos”. It is a shame because aside from that the hotel is very good. The check in staff were excellent and the spa is more than adequate."

The photos of the hotel are 100% inaccurate and for the beautiful manor hotel next door to the motel like accommodation that we were actually assigned to. "The hotel room (Cedar) was tired (worn carpets and chairs) and the bathroom was especially poor in a very poor state - lots of mould and limescale around the taps and under the toilet seat, missing sealant around the tiles, toilet seat needed replacing."

The room and facilities were good although when you book a room for 3 it isn’t rocket science to work out that you will need 3 cups, coffee pod, robes, etc. One of the 2 robes in the room was badly ripped and unusable.
