"Property was definitely not like the photos. If I could have cancelled my booking and got a refund I would have. We paid extra to have the pool access room, nothing like the photos, disappointed. It would have been nice to be informed of the building works happening in the other pool access rooms. Not a nice view, nor the sound of angle grinders make for a relaxing stay. After complaining to the Manager, he set up umbrella and chairs on the beach every day for us. Much better view. The Manager...

"This is a beautifully designed hotel...modern architecture, beautiful plants and small gardens/pools integrated to make up the indoor-outdoor feel of the place. Horizon swimming pools and amazing views to the sea and islands beyond add to a great experience. Staff were wonderful, even by 5* hotel standards. Its a very boutique hotel. Only one very minor issue...booked a "penthouse" room...but it was not the top floor as the name would suggest. Wth though...the stay was brilliant."

"The Beach Samui is everything you need and more for an island escape far from the touristy areas. Mind you the beach isn’t really swimmable but you can still walk along the shore, as well as take advantage of the hotels pool and lounging area. The dispensary and the herbalists were amazing, the quality and variety of products was very cool. The food they serve in the hotel that you can order, I loved them all. They also have restaurants around you can try. I will definitely come back again."

"Overall a very nice place, we had a front side bungalow that was located directly to the beach that probably was part of our positive experience. Friendly and positive staff. Not many restaurants around the hotel so you need to get a ride or hire a scooter to get around."

"I love the beautiful bed decoration and the area which is quiet. however, there are too many mosquitoes. Got bitten upon check in, when entering the room and during breakfast. I love the beach at the hotel, which is the best in koh samui. I will definitely return, and I love the cats around too "

The room was perfect. Highly recommended! Very, very clean, in great condition and newly renovated. In the room above us was a family with little baby which cried a lot and that was not so funny for us as a couple. Also in the neighbourhood families with little children or loud youngsters. The beach area...

"On the beach, you can see the ocean from your window where we stayed. Nice private "pool" (more of a tank, but still very nice). A bit noisy at the early evening hours, but quiet after that. Perfect for relaxing. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. "
