"The breakfast was great, and the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, the room experience was very disappointing. The room was full of bugs, and we had to deal with mosquitoes, geckos, and even ants on the bed. It made it extremely difficult to sleep comfortably at night. While I appreciate the hospitality and the good breakfast, the cleanliness and pest issue seriously affected our overall experience."

"Very good 👍 👍👍"

"Sehr schöne, neue und gepflegte Unterkunft. Service, Essen und Unterkunft haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vor allem der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das einzige, das unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz getroffen hat, war der Strand. "ゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。"

"The hotel is very nice. Wasn’t a huge fan of the restaurant food."

"The most beautiful beach and staff. The wifi was hit and miss at times but for being on an island not horrible. All in all we had an AMAZING visit and highly recommend."

Just some of the things that did not go down well: 1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant. 2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...

"Great hotel and service!!! Keep in mind it might be hard to get to because of how narrow the road is but when you get there it is worth it and beautiful!"

"Artini Ubud is a true oasis right in the heart of Ubud Central! From the moment you arrive, the stunning grounds captivatingly blend tropical tranquility with convenience, featuring a breathtaking infinity pool surrounded by sprawling palm trees. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptionally warm and sincere customer service. The staff make you feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. The rooms offer a wonderful, authentic traditional feel while maintaining all the...
